The person on the warrant, who was the 33 year old male driver, was arrested. Upon being arrested a small amount of marijuana was found in his pocket and he was additionally charged. He was issued a Richmond Heights Court Summons and released to the agency seeking his arrest.

It is believed that suspect(s) entered the residence through an unlocked door leading to the kitchen sometime overnight. Nothing else was stolen.
