    Important Information:

At no time will criminal charge information be released on any prisoner for any reason. If the prisoner wants you to know what they have been arrested for, they can provide you with that information.

Messages will not be given to prisoners. Every cell is equipped with a phone and prisoners can make collect phone calls at any time they wish. If you feel a person might be trying to reach you, yet you have not received a call, you might have a block placed on your phone preventing you from receiving collect calls. You will need to check with your phone company and have them remove the block if you wish to speak with a prisoner.

If you are calling to inquire if a person is in custody and/or bond information for that person, dispatch has this information and can answer these questions. Their phone number is 314-645-3000.

Bond can be taken for any prisoner, 24 hrs a day, seven days a week. Bond can only be taken for Richmond Heights’ prisoners at the Richmond Heights Police Department. All other bonds will need to be posted at that agency. Once you have posted bond, the agency will notify us that the prisoner can be released. The officer who takes your bond can provide you with directions to the Richmond Heights Police Department.
